The products listed in this receipt are regulated electrical appliances referred to in the "Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance" (Cap. 603). The Ordinance imposes the following recycling levies on the product:
Air-conditioner : $125 per unit
Washing Machine : $125 per unit
Fridge : $165 per unit

Delivery and installation service remarks:
Customer will be entitled free delivery service for the new machine, (excluding outlying islands, Ma Wan, upstairs, remote areas are not included). For removal old machine, customer can choose the statutory free removal service (it takes about three working days) or the star service provided by the supplier (delivery new machine and removal old machine will be arranged on the same day), but an additional HK$120 is required.
1. After the payment is confirmed, it will take at least three working days for making delivery appointment (except outlying islands and remote areas). The cut-off time is 1:00 noon.
2. After receiving the order, the delivery company will call and confirm the delivery date.
3. On-site installation services are generally carried out on the next working day after receiving the goods (except outlying islands and remote areas). Customer should not open the packing box by himself before coming to install by installation guy. If you find any damage during installation, you can tell the installation guy.
4. Additional charges (charged directly by the delivery staff)
a. Push distance fee: If the delivery location cannot be arranged by a truck (5.5 tons) directly, the first 20m flat road is free, and then the road section charges must be determined by the instructor on the spot.
b. Demolition of the refrigerator door: $200
c. Stair moving fee (tenth steps counted as one staircase): $30 per staircase for double-door refrigerators below 300 liters; $60-$100 per staircase for double-door refrigerators above 300 liters; $150 per staircase for large-door refrigerators or multi-door refrigerators
5. Customer must ensure that the purchased electrical appliances can be moved into the location. If the door needs to be dismantled, the customer must remove it by himself.
6. Outlying islands and remote areas/village house customers, it is recommended to check with our customer service staff to confirm whether delivery and cost details are available before purchasing.
7. If you need to change the delivery address or delivery time, please notify at least 3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) before the original delivery date and time, otherwise there may be additional charges.
8. After the delivery person have left your flat, if they request to come back to collect the old appliances, additional charges will be required and the time cannot be specified.
9. In order to protect customers, please check whether the carton packaging is complete during receiving the goods. If any problems are found after the deliveryman has left, no return/exchange will be made.
10. Customers are advised to keep the carton for several days after unpacking. If there is any problem, it can be exchanged.
